High-speed, high-accuracy, stable operation and high-operationability

The successor model to the RM6000II, EQ-1 realizes rapid prototyping with improved accuracy and speed.

High-speed, high-resolution scanner (TSS4)

Loaded with newly developed scan system TSS4. Designing speed and path accuracy greatly improved compared to the predecessor TSS2. Adaptable to high output laser and highly reactive resin.

High output pseudo-CW laser

Designing time greatly decreased by the latest laser system. High repetition frequency increases the model transparency.

New method recoater system (Vent recoater)

Prevents bubbles from forming in the model. Suitable for trapped volume and large area coating also possible. Recoats under the same condition in spite of the shape, thus allowing stable model creation.

Liquid surface control system (Balloon system)

New surface control system lowers the initial cost of resin compared to the conventional method. Changing the inner volume allows using expensive resin effectively.

Optical clean system

Keeps mirror and lenses clean from contamination by avoiding volatile matters from resin and dusts from entering the optical room. This lessens the maintenance frequency of optical parts.
