Job specific requirements:
BigRep has an open position for a developer to help us extend and revise our 3d printer toolchain. The ideal candidate has expereicne with Python, device drivers, and providing data to external API's. This person would be responsible for writing new tools/intellegence for a 3d printer, and intergating API's into our toolchain and printing process.
Inegrate and test tools with our existing processes, and our test with hardware.
Improve usability and customer experience through testing and user-feedback
Ability to help co-workers design, brainstorm, and light debugging in python, C or other.
3+ years experience in python development
Knowledge and experience in python unit and integration testing.
5+ years programming experience overall
Bonus Qualifications (nice to have, not needed):
Experience in 3d Printing
A background of working in agile or sprint based organizations
Ability to work in both smoothly German and English
